How to make a payment by

Debit / Credit Card

Here’s how:

  • Login to your account. If you don’t have an online account, you can sign up for one.
  • Alternatively you can make a quick payment without an online account here. When you make your payment, you’ll be taken to our secure payment portal.

If you’re a customer with a Pay-As-You-Go account, you can top up your gas card or electricity key at a PayPoint, Payzone outlet or Post Office.

How to make a payment by Smart Meter Top-Up

Here’s how:

Go to our Smart Meters payments page to find out more about topping up online or at your nearest PayPoint retailer.
